Jane has been a HR Director in several business sectors including with FTSE 100 companies. With over 25 years’ experience her role has always included the resourcing, and selection strategies and implementation or Senior Executives, Middle Management and Graduate Entry.  Her skills and experience cover a wide range of HR skills particularly in the recruitment, selection, training and development of high potential. Jane now practises as a professional career and interview coach. She helps candidates with cv preparation, job application, social media profiles, and preparation and practice for competency, strengths, panel interview and presentation performance. She works with individuals and groups. Jane is a qualified coach with the international Coaching Federation, a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development and a MBTI practitioner. In her spare time Jane volunteers as a career enterprise advisor with a local secondary school.  She has also been the Chair of a Charity Board helping the homeless.
