Service terms

Below are the terms and conditions of all coaching services supplied by Interview Skills Clinic Ltd. All coaching services are subject exclusively and strictly to these terms and conditions. Elizabeth Conley is an interview coach at Interview Skills Clinic Ltd.

Orders

All orders made by you through www.interviewskillsclinic.co.uk are subject to acceptance by Elizabeth Conley. She may decide to cancel your order.  It is recommend that you contact Elizabeth Conley before placing an order. There is a free (20 minute) telephone consultation so that you can discuss your coaching needs before placing an order.  All Interview Skills Clinic coaching services are bespoke to your needs.

Description of coaching services

All details, descriptions and prices for the coaching services on interviewskillsclinic.co.uk are correct at the time when the information was entered.  Elizabeth Conley reserves the right to withdraw any services and alter the price and specification of the coaching service on the website.

Payment

The total cost of your order is the price as quoted and includes all taxes. Payment can be made by using your Paypal account, either directly or through many credit or debit cards. Payments are processed through Paypal and subject to their validation checks.  Elizabeth Conley is not responsible for any delays or losses if the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment.  A booking for a coaching service is not confirmed until full payment for the coaching session has been received and preparation work for the session will not start until payment is made.

Limitation of liability

Intervew Skills Clinic and its coach Elizabeth Conley can not guarantee the outcome of your interview. We are not liable for any costs, loss of revenue or indirect losses whatsoever as a result of using our coaching services.

We are not responsible for any results, job offers or lack of as a result of using our coaching services or following advice available on the website interviewskillsclinic.co.uk or through the coach Elizabeth Conley.

Cancellation and refunds
  1. For CV, application,  interview and presentation coaching, cancellation can be made by Elizabeth Conley at any point prior to the start of coaching and will result in a full and immediate refund. If cancellation is made by Elizabeth Conley within 24 hours, you will be offered an alternative coaching session or your money fully refunded. Start of work is deemed to be at the end of the free initial consultation between Elizabeth Conley and the client, and after the coaching payment has been made.
  2. Client cancellation requires 48 hours notice Monday-Saturday otherwise you will be charged. If you have an appointment on a Monday at 11 am you will need to contact Interview Skills Clinic before Thursday 11am. Sunday is not a working day and does not count as a notice period. If you appointment is on Friday at 11am you will need to cancel by Wednesday 11 am.
  3. Client rescheduled appointment requires 24 hours notice Monday-Saturday otherwise you will be charged. If you have an appointment on a Monday at 11 am you will need to contact Interview Skills Clinic before Friday 11am. Sunday is not a working day and does not count as a notice period. If you appointment is on Friday at 11am you will need to cancel by Tuesday 11 am.
  4. Requests for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee policy must be notified to Elizabeth Conley within 30 minutes of a coaching session. If you believe that you have not benefited from the coaching your money will be refunded in full.

Without prejudice you acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material existing in the products, design, structure, graphics and all content remains the property of Interview Skills Clinic Ltd.

You must obtain authorisation from Elizabeth Conley before you or a third party can duplicate, transmit, modify, adapt, create or commercially exploit the content in any way. This applies to any any media platform.

Changes to these terms and conditions

We may change these terms and conditions and at any time and will publish their replacement on this website.

Law

These terms and Conditions of Trade shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England and Wales.
